grand pepper of reality is a Psychedelic/Alternative Rock band that is not afraid to get Proggy or Folky.  Based in NYC, songs resonate from the heart for the heart.  They released two albums, "Songs That Saved My Life" and "Calling The Air" available as CD and/or download.  The records take the listener on a journey like albums of the 60's and 70's.  Recently the band revamped members and currently  are recording a new album.  They plan to release the first single "Elephants Fly!" in  2023.

The band features Jonas Mannon: drums, bells, various percussion,  Fritz Sammy: bass,  Shosh Vogel: vocals,  clarinet & Doug Principato: composer, producer, vocals,  guitars, mandolin, uke & synthesizers.
